The party responsible for processing the collected data is Ad Screen World, S.L. with Tax ID (NIF) B16629396 (hereinafter, Admefy) and registered office at Islas Baleares, Ibiza, La Gavina, 21 Santa Eularia del Riu (Cana Ventura), 07819, owner of the Marketplace https://www.admefy.com/.

This Privacy Policy regulates the collection and processing of personal data provided by Users when accessing, browsing, or making use of the functionalities of the Marketplace.

Data Collection, Purposes, Lawful Basis, and Retention Periods:

  • a. Contact: The User may get in touch through the forms established for this purpose on the Marketplace. The User must provide identification data, as well as the reason, subject, or inquiry. Admefy will use this data to process the inquiry and contact the User.

    • Legal Basis: The processing is based on the User’s consent.

    • Retention Period: Data will be kept for one year for this purpose, unless other periods apply.

  • b. User Registration: By registering on the Marketplace and accepting the Particular Registration Conditions, the User may act as a Screen Owner or Advertiser. It is necessary to provide identification data such as first name, last name, and email to process the registration and grant access to personal account functionalities. The User authorizes Admefy to use any posts, images, and comments made for publication on the Marketplace.

    • Legal Basis: The processing is based on the contractual relationship maintained with the User.

    • Retention Period: Data will be kept as long as the User remains part of the community and is registered, unless other periods apply.

  • c. Screen Registration and Ad Publication: Registered Users can register their screens or advertise on them through the Marketplace. To do so, they must provide contact details and any data necessary for registration or publication management, such as banking or credit card details, and must accept the corresponding terms. Advertisers may contract with Owners by providing their data. This data is provided directly by these users to the Owner, with Admefy acting as a mere intermediary.

    • Payments may be made via:

      • Wallet: The User may use the electronic wallet enabled on the Marketplace to pay for ad broadcasts. Necessary data for balance top-ups (banking/credit card details) and wallet identifiers must be provided.

    • Notwithstanding the above, Admefy will process transaction and contracting data between Advertisers and Owners to ensure the correct functioning of the intermediation and manage commissions, acting as a Data Processor on behalf of the Owners.

    • Legal Basis: Execution of the contractual relationship of intermediation between the parties. For ad publications, the basis is the contract between the Advertiser and the Owner.

    • Retention Period: Data related to contracting will be kept for the duration of the contractual obligations and, in any case, for up to five additional years for tax management and potential liabilities. Screen and ad data will be kept as long as they remain published on the Marketplace.

  • d. Cookies: The Marketplace uses technology to implement “cookies” on the device used to access and browse the site. Cookies can be blocked or disabled at any time through your browser settings. For more information, please consult our Cookie Policy.

    • Legal Basis: The processing is based on the User’s consent.

  • e. Advertising: If the User provides express authorization, Admefy may send advertising regarding services and/or promotions available on the Marketplace, such as news and/or discounts.

    • Legal Basis: The processing is based on the User’s consent.

    • Retention Period: Data will be kept for as long as the User remains registered in our system for advertising purposes and has not revoked their consent.

    • Consent may be revoked at any time via the links provided or by writing to contacto@admefy.com.

Exercise of Rights

The User may revoke their consent for processing and exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction of processing by notifying Admefy via email at contacto@admefy.com or at the address indicated above, using “Data Protection” as the subject. In certain cases, we may request the User to verify their identity via an official document to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.

The User may also communicate any modifications in writing or request to be unsubscribed through the provided addresses. At any time, the User may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) to enforce their rights.

Modification of the Privacy Policy

Admefy reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time, respecting current data protection legislation and providing due notice to the interested parties.

Applicable Language

The applicable language for this Privacy Policy is Spanish. Any version provided in a different language is offered for the User’s convenience and to facilitate understanding. However, this Privacy Policy shall always be governed by its Spanish version. In the event of any contradiction between the Privacy Policy in any language and the Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail.
